Coworking space
A hot desk is a flexible use desk located within the coworking space area. This membership allows you to use any one of the available shared desk spaces and come and go as you please. This plan secure office hour access, free Wi-Fi, free refreshments, free scanning, access to paid printing services and access to paid meeting room usage.
Dedicated Desk
A dedicated desk is a permanently assigned desk located within the cowoking space area. This membership provides access to a secure storage for your personal belongings, and the desktop may be set up and left overnight. This plan includes secure office hour access, free Wi-Fi and refreshments, free scanning, an allocation of free printing and an allocation of free meeting room usage.
Private office
A private office is a fully enclosed, secure office space with the added flexibility of increasing or decreasing capacity as your needs change. This plan includes secure office hour access, free Wi-Fi and refreshments, free scanning, an allocation of free printing and an allocation of free meeting room usage.
Coworking space is a shared workspace with seating area containing shared desks, work surfaces, and access to power.
Our hot desk and dedicated desk members are welcome to bring guests to our lounge, a tour of the space or other temporary visit purposes. If these member guests wish like to use our space for work, we do require that they purchase a one-day pass, or monthly plans.
Sure, can! However, before your guests proceed into our space they will need to register their attendance at our reception.

High Speed Wireless Connection
We provide our members with high-speed and secure Wi-Fi connectivity.
In addition to our Wi-Fi, each private office member will be provided with a hard-wired (Ethernet) connection.
Conference Room & Meeting Room Hours
We provide our dedicated desk and private office members with an allocation of free conference room and meeting room hours. Usage of these rooms for additional hours above the allocated time, and for all hours used by hot desk members, will get special price. Head to our plans page for meeting room pricing.
Furniture
We provide desk space and ergonomically designed chairs for you convenience. Dedicated desks and private offices will also have access to locker space or built-in lockable filing cabinets.
Phone Booth
We provide private, soundproof rooms for private calls, which can be used at any time when available.
Printing/Copying/Scanning
We provide our members with access to a business-class printer, copier and scanner machine. Dedicated desk and private office members receive an allocation of free printing. Any additional printing above the allocated amount, and printing, will be at an additional cost. Head to our plans page for printing pricing.
On the 1st floor we have bar and restaurant which are Caffeina and Koki Kuring Restaurant, also we have pantry at 2nd floor.
Phone service can be made available to private office at an additional charge.

We do require that all cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to the booking start time.
There is no need to register your guests with us in advance, simply let your guests know our location address and we will register them at the reception desk upon arrival.
We have a number of meeting rooms that could fit 4-6 people and event space could fit 30-50 people.

Add-ons will be billed to you separately at the end of the month by request. For all other members we request these charges be settled at the end of the day and payment is required within the first 7 days of the following month.
For dedicated desks, we require a security deposit equal to one month of your monthly plan fee. For private offices, we require a security deposit equal to one month of your monthly fee. The security deposit is refundable at the end of the tenure.
